In every person is a past. A past that one shall not forget. A past that shall haunt the person it had set out for. Everyone spends most of their lifetime trying to make the demons disappear when they keep on reappearing. Why live in the past when you can live in the present? Isn't that what life is about? Live in the moment? All the time you spend on making your demons disappear, when you can just accept them and move on. The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting, but on building the new.
