A Good Life Is When You Assume Nothing, Do More, Need Less, Smile Often, Dream Big, Laugh A Lot, And Realize How Blessed You AreYou look in a mirror and see yourself. You stare at the mirror a bit longer. Soon, flashbacks and memories come towards you. Times that you regret and times where you were having the time of your life. You heard that life is a beautiful thing to have, but at the same time you heard that life was not kind to everyone. Life can be good and harsh. You've been on both sides. You saw couples who had been married for more than 50 years and saw those who ended up with a lonely, depressing life. Life isn't about being better than everyone else. Your friends might tell you that you always have to be one step ahead of the game. What game? Life isn't a chess piece that you can move. Life is full of surprises and not even a fortune teller tell what's in the future from her crystal ball. You live more when you help those around you. Maybe there's no money involved afterwards, but that feeling that you get totally makes it worth it. While you're probably wishing for the new iPhone or an iPad, there's people around the world who simply wish for food, water, safety, or their family. Life becomes better when you simile. If someone pushes you down, just simile and watch that smirk off their face fall right off. Not all dreams might not come true, but that doesn't mean some might not come true at all. Successful people didn't get to where they are today without dreaming a lot. Laughing is music to the ears and medicine to the soul. Laughter has the power to lift up spirits. Finally, be grateful. Not everyone gets what you have right now. Consider yourself lucky and hope that those around you will have a great life ahead of them. A good life is when you assume nothing, do more, need less, smile often, dream big, laugh a lot, and realize how blessed you are.
