No Stress, Relax
With the increasing pressure from work and home, it seems almost impossible to avoid stressing out. Well, there's no need to stress. If something seems overwhelming, take a deep breath and relax. Wait until you're calm to start working again. Most of the time when we stress out, it's not because of the high expectations, but at how big it looks to us. If we just take a step back, we'll see how small it actually is and conquer it. Every second you spent worrying, a second of happiness is wasted. No stress, relax
